Dating from the late 1800's and measuring 1 & 1/8" NBS Medium, here we have a celluloid in brass button featuring a pattern of squares. It has a black lacquered steel back and wire loop shank. In good condition. $14
Probably dating to the late 1800's and measuring 1 & 3/8" NBS Large, here we have a stamped brass button featuring a bird on a large flower. It has a fancy brass border, black lacquered steel back and wire shank. In good condition with some light wear or marks on the background on the front. The black lacquer also has some surface wear, but no rust. $14
Probably dating from the late 1800's, and measuring a hair under 1 & 1/4", here we have a stamped brass button. It depicts an angel holding a child and is identified in "The Big Book of Buttons" as "Angel of Peace." In good condition. The paint on the reverse of the button has some wear, but no rust. It has a wire shank. $28
Probably dating from the late 1800's, and measuring 1 & 5/16" NBS Large. This is a gilt brass button featuring a pierced pinwheel pattern that is enameled. In very good condition! $15
Probably dating from the late 1800's and measuring 1 & 3/8" NBS Large. This is a finely pierced and enameled brass button with the Star of David pattern. It has a U-shape brass loop. This wonderful button has a break in the brass that I've noted in the scan of the back. It's also missing some enamel in small areas. $12
Probably from the early to mid 1900's, and measuring 15/16" NBS Medium, this is a pretty enameled button. It has a brass loop shank. $14
A beautiful button dating from the late 1800's, and measuring right at 1-1/2" NBS Large. This button is shown and described in "The Big Book of Buttons" page 547.9. The lady on this button is known as KATISHA, from The Mikado. Brass, applied to a one piece brass back; the rope twist rim is applied. In very good condition. $14
Probably dating from the late 1800's and measuring a hair under 1 & 1/4" which makes it a NBS medium size. A beautiful pierced gilt brass with champleve' enamel and a painted rose in the center. In great condition with a very light surface scratch on the rose. I think you may be able to see it in the scan. $40
Dating from the late 1800's and measuring 1 & 3/16" NBS medium, this is a picture of a cherub or cupid complete with wings. It seems to be printed on a lined paper, but I don't see "dots" so am not sure if it's a lithograph or not. It is covered with a protective celluloid shield. The shield is cracked, but none is missing. The back of the button is black lacquered. it has a brass loop shank. In "AS IS" condition because of the cracks in the celluloid. $8
