Probably dating from the late 1800's and measuring 11/16" x 1/2", here we have a black glass button that is molded in the shape of a paisley design. It has gold luster decorative finish. It has a molded self shank that has deep thread grooves. There is some wear to the gold luster, and small chip on the back edge. Not bad for this type of button and its age. $8
