Probably dating to the early 1900's or earlier, and measuring 4" x 3", here we have an cloisonne enamel on brass 2 piece buckle. It has Oriental characters, but I don't know what they say. It is very intricately done. It is counter-enameled with a dark bluish green. In very good condition for it's age. $85
