I have a total of 3 of these buttons. This button reminds me of a ripe blackberry! I believe that it is a composition plastic? type ball shape button that is covered with black glass beads. The beads are threaded together and then it looks as though they are glued to the ball base. It measures close to 7/8" NBS Medium and has a 4-way box shank. $5 each
