Dating from the early 1900's, and measuring 15/16" NBS Medium, here we have a button type that collector's call "twinkle" because they are pierced to allow the shiny metal liner to twinkle through to the front. This button is a 6-sided HEXAGON pattern. It is a sew-through and has a steel back. In good condition, with slight wear to the surface of the back. $6
